What’s Happening
Creative Imaging Group is upgrading its internal and online solutions to better serve you. CreativeNOW™ will offer the flexibility and more features you’ve asked for.

What this means for you:
1. Greatly improved reporting functions and displays.
2. Variable Print Online capabilities will be much improved.
3. Online order tracking will be integrated with the UPS online systems.
4. Client to press XML data ordering upgrades.

New Features & Updates Included in CreativeNOW™:
Updated & Improved Reporting Functions
CreativeNOW™ will provide you with robust reporting features that far surpass what we currently offer. The new reporting segments of this upgrade will offer you the ability to directly interact with all the important order and product statistics that you need to have at your fingertips. With CreativeNOW™ you will be able to receive monthly, weekly, or even daily reports emailed directly to you. Many more options and reports will also become available to you online and in a greater level of detail then is currently available.

Variable Print Online Upgrades
We are also upgrading our variable print online capabilities to function at a much higher level of convenience for our customers. Some of the new improvements will allow us to customize your online variable data experience to accommodate many of the options you have asked for in the past. CreativeNOW™ will enable new options such as file uploads, logo changes directly from you, mailing list associations and much more as we go live with the new upgrades.

UPS Tracking
We will be expanding our order tracking software to integrate directly with the UPS online tracking website. With this upgrade you will be able to track your orders in real time and see expected delivery dates and package process.

XML Transactions
Creative Imaging Group is continuing to evolve our direct client to press technologies with the use of XML transaction data structures. This allows us to focus more of our customer service base directly to your needs.

Creative Imaging Group will be upgrading our software internally through the month of December 2009. There should be minimal disruptions during this period.

On January 5th, 2010, we will roll out the upgrades to all online users as well as switch over all internal systems. There may be some small delays or downtime for online users during the first week of the transition.
